Designated to shed light on the file of economic empowerment for youth, women, marginalized groups and people with disabilities, and to establish a culture of self-employment, community entrepreneurship and job creation, through innovative and non-traditional mechanisms. And mechanisms for establishing small and micro-enterprises with a new concept and a method that allows them to grow and sustain, and create a system that allows unification of efforts and benefit from financing and technical support available through the various state agencies.
